The responsibility of our Dishwasher, BOH team member, is to ensure that the restaurant has a steady supply of clean tableware and cookware, as well as, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. LOCATION: NORTH LAS VEGAS, CRAIG RD., NVResponsibilities:Responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, and dishes according to sanitation requirementsKeeping the dish pit organizedMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresRemove all trash from dishwashing stationMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderSpeak English fluently, bilingual in Spanish preferredMust have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employeesFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to produce authorized U.S. work documentsPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar rolesAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.Have contagious energyBe a team playerHave great communication skillsPay Range:USD $13.50 - USD $13.50 /Hr.
