Frazier & Deeter's Film Tax Credit assurance team is currently searching for an Entertainment Audit Senior Associate to join our growing team with a great work/life balance. You will be involved with entertainment client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, directing, and completing assigned tasks for the agreed upon procedures, and managing the engagement to budget. The agreed upon procedures include obtaining a listing of qualified expenditures for films or TV shows; looking at invoices, payroll reports, actor/producer agreements to determine if the expenditures meet requirements of film tax credit; reporting on the results of the procedures performed. We have fulltime, part time or flexible work arrangements available on this team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and mentor assigned film tax credit associates on film tax credit processes and assess the performance of the staff for engagement reviews.Work with members of the film tax credit team to identify and resolve any client issues discovered during assurance process.Maintain good working relationships with client personnel to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform assurance services.Actively participate in calls with clients.Participate in film tax credit staff recruiting efforts as needed. Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in a business-related field is required. 150 semester hours of education is also required.3+ years of progressive external audit experience in a public accounting firmCPA preferred or in progressDemonstrated ability to lead, recruit, train and mentor other staff while managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Exceptional client service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.Excellent verbal and written skills.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
