Join an amazing global healthcare organization Position Summary: The Painting Maintenance Mechanic erforms maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of paitning and plastering technology. Requires proficient written and verbal English communication skills, at least on a high school graduate level, to interact with departmental/JHM staff. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of painting techniques, procedures and materials. Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards. Applies painting and safety knowledge indicated herein. Safely uses tools and equipment indicated herein. Ability to solve problems and manage information indicated herein. Requires proficient written and verbal English communication skills, at least on an high school graduate level, to interact with departmental/JHM staff. Identifies and avoids hazards as indicated by warning labels, signage, lights and other warning devices. Performs work within reasonable lengths of time as measured against trade, industry or engineered standards. Work Experience: 5 years related work experience.
