About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the overall front office, including reception area, mail and purchasing requests. This position primarily supports our office located in the Salt Lake area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the office Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.Responsible for maintenance of employee common areas including front desk and break rooms.Book and coordinate meetings and conference rooms for office guests.Order catered food for all lunch meetings within the Service Center.Order office supplies as needed, such as paper goods, water filter, kitchen items, etc.)Liaison with Property Management Company.Responsible for Service Center's day-to-day operations (such as distributing access keys, name badges, ordering business cards, etc.)Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FEDEX, UPS, etc.)Participates as needed in other clerical duties as assigned or special department projects.Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an Office Assistant/Manager setting.Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS.Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraintsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary:

$17-$22.50/hour DOE; may be eligible for bonus
