We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen®, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ and Beyond Yoga.The role of the Operations Analyst is to support teams in the Global Product organization, at the direction of the Director of GTM including the execution of sample PO creation and issuance, overseeing variable data operations from start to finish for Levis, Signature & Dockers brands, and undertake data analysis and support project work as directed. This role will work onsite at our San Francisco headquarters three times per week.About the Job:Sample Ordering:Perform the creation and issuance of Purchase Orders for samples for all brands by gathering sample needs for all recipients, loading them into the sample ordering system, running reconciliation checks, and then uploading purchase orders into SAP. Create and report out Commercial Sample ex-factory & planned delivery statuses.Provide training, support and access to Tableau Commercial Tracking Tool and Gap App.Variable Data Label managementOversee variable data operations from start to finish for Levis & Signature brands in all regions.Ensure global data integrity from SAP to suppliers for all Markets.Support Operations Manager with development of all new formats for Packaging (UVM/Care) before MRP date for Levi's, Dockers, and Signature brands in all markets.Resolve all issues relating to printing packaging with all suppliers for all global regions across all LS&Co. brands.Monitor the Global translation database with suppliers for Global Care Label Size conversions and Garment/Fiber translations for all regions and brands.Support LS&Co. distribution centers on variable data printing for UVM and Global Care Label in-plant printing and material ordering (i.e. Sky Harbor).Train Merchandising/Product Development on any new packaging and applicable format codes or Care Label formats to ensure correct system set up.Coordinate enhancements to SAP with IT and other partners. Test mapping of all data with suppliers for variable printing.General Analytics & Project SupportProvide analytical support for regular metrics reporting and one-off analysis.Support the Product Operations Manager with process documentation.About You:Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum five years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)0-1 year experience in an operations or process design roleExperience with a Go-to-Market cycleSolid process mapping and documentation skillsSome SAP experience, general understanding of EDI mapping, Excel, FlexPLMCreative team player with an enthusiasm to create and test new ideas quickly.Maintains produce high-quality results on deadlineBenefits & Perks:We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
