Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the functions, uses and requirements for eligibility determination for different benefits and calculations. Identifying and documenting current and future state process workflows and data flows. Develop Visio documents that may include but are not limited to entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, or system context diagrams and storage in Orbus iServer365 with other documentation. Modify, document, and review business requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications needed for project documents. Execute change control on approved documents. ssist in performing functional and integrated testing. Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports, and user documentation. Work with project manager, developers, vendors, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements. Provide UAT support, including developing test case scenarios using DHHS methodology. Support required system go-live activities. Document gap analysis. Track delivery and review/approval progress of each deliverable in accordance with approved project plan. ttend PMO meetings, Vendor meetings and end-user meetings. Skills: Demonstrated experience participating in the documentation of functional requirements and technical specifications for existing and new applications. Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements suitable for procurement documentation. Strong writing and communication skills. Collaboration and relationship-building with their team members and clients. Results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. bility to work with customers and vendors as a member of cross-divisional work groups and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, peers, and superiors. bility to act independently with sound business judgment and thrive in environment with diverse communication styles. bility to prepare and present oral and written documents clearly and concisely. bility to manage complex assignments with multiple work streams and aggressive (and sometimes competing) timelines. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process. Knowledge of and experience with IT Service Management best practices and principles. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Orbus iServer 365. Extensive understanding of SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groups. Must have familiarity with agile methodology, tools, and frameworks, i.e., Scrum, Kanban. Experience working for Federal, or State government is preferred. Experience with software implementation projects and with Cloud technologies.
