Enterprise Architect - Journeyman

Enterprise Solutions Architect will support the development of software services, implement Enterprise-wide IT Modernization, and collaborate across teams to instrument strategic innovations. She/he will engage with government stakeholders, solutions architects, and Product Managers within a SAFe/Agile construct to lead cross-enterprise technology road-mapping, next generation tech insertion, and modernization of development efforts through identification of enablers and efficiencies across the enterprise. She/he will transform and establish enterprise-scale services for Network, End User Services, Cybersecurity, and Operations and Sustainment services. A key component of this role is the ability to enable the pull-through of technologies and patterns that are available across the DigiFlight, Inc. led team to support customer requirements and innovation goals. The Enterprise Architect will support the innovation and strategic modernization initiatives utilizing an Agile methodology delivered within the SAFe construct.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses environment framework and helps to ensure implemented use cases adhere to that frameworkDevelops architecture and solutions focusing on scalability and extensibilityInterfaces with DHS engineers/architects regarding architecture standards/guidelines/policies based on needs and anticipated technology advancesShapes end-to-end architecture and design and works with the team to implement solutionsDefines templates and set best standards and practices that development teams can utilizeCoordinates with platform vendor for issues and support requestsWork closely with other SMEs to lead the charge on complex projects and drive the introduction and execution of these projects.Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience producing trades studies, business cases for government projects and experience estimating project work to include dev, test, operations and sustainment.Demonstrated experience with standard system engineering lifecycle concepts, architectural frameworks, project engineering and the necessary artifacts to produce working solutions.Demonstrated with all aspects of ITIL or DESMFDemonstrated experienced presenting complicated concepts, course of action and proposals to Government/Customer and DigiFlight/Internal leadershipArchitectural experience with Enterprise IT technologies to include End User Compute, Wide Area Network (WAN)/Local Area Network (LAN)/Campus Area Network (CAN), Compute & Storage (On Premise and CSP), Enterprise IT Management tools, Cyber Security.SAFe 5.1 SAFe Architect (ARCH) certification.Candidate must be a US Citizen
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI
Candidate must have a MA/MS degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This may be substituted with a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 6 years of total experience.
