Responsible for overseeing the safe completion of PLI civil, concrete, earthwork and utility projectsWorking efficiently and in the professional manner expected by PLIAbility to conduct a safe jobsiteRead and interpret plans, specifications and shop drawingsTakeoff and place concrete material orders as needed for timely completion of the workProperly communicate with all project members and create an attitude of teamwork on the jobsites.Responsible for time tracking of self-performance labor crews and equipment and cost coding of invoices and deliveriesManage manpower and equipment resources efficiently over multiple ongoing projects and in communication with peers and other parts of the business.Be familiar with or qualified to operate equipment commonly found on a construction jobsite.Job Qualifications:

Experience running a crew of 3 to 10 workers of various skills and disciplines.Must be skilled with overseeing earthwork, concrete and utility projects and have relevant project history.Must have a great attitude and be willing to work hard and set the example for his/her crew.Kansas Drivers License required, Class A CDL with Combined Vehicle and Air Brake endorsements is preferredPass a background check, pre-employment and random drug testingEnjoys making work fun for his/her crew and subcontractorsBi-lingual in English and Spanish is a big plusIn compliance with Federal and State equal employment opportunity laws, qualified applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, non-job related disability, or any other protected group status.

These positions are located in

Central Kansas

Safe and productive construction and installation of concrete formwork.Installation of reinforcing steel, embedded items, anchor bolts.Assisting with accurate placement and quality finishing of structural concrete and flatwork.Be willing to help teach your craft to other crew members.Be familiar with or qualified to operate equipment commonly found on a construction jobsite.Job Qualifications:
