We are looking for a Plumbing Superintendent with proven experience leading and managing onsite construction teams. The work location for this position will be based on assignment to a project location.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the onsite construction as a unified and collaborative teamCoordinate & oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projectsCollaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project scheduleLead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobsConduct direct report employee reviews annually or more often if neededCollaborate with the estimating team to plan and provide technical guidance during the bidding of projects upon requestAssist PM in purchasing take-offs and project consumablesReview preliminary project documentsAttend the hand-off meeting to discuss project scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and project start.Review contract documents including plans, specifications, contract, and any other pertinent project informationEnsure Mullins' safety policies and procedures are enforced and maintained on a daily basis.Prepare a two-week look ahead schedule with the PMManage project deliveries and logisticsCoordinate with the Owner/General Contractor and/or other subcontractors to ensure adequate laydown and staging areas for materials and prefabrication at the jobsite.Oversee material management planConfirm the proper installation of all equipment on projectUse current technology (mobile apps, email, etc.) to track and distribute information on construction projectsUpdate, review and/or submit reports/logs in a timely mannerOrganize and lead weekly project meetings with Mullins' Foremen and subcontractorsTrack progress of Foremen and subcontractors to hold them accountable for their production and performance.Attend the close-out meeting to document lessons learnedEnsure jobsite remains clean and orderlyQualifications

Previous experience and proven track record as a construction superintendent for industrial plumbing projectsKnowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction job sitesIn-depth understanding of construction operations and processesProficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectOrganizational and time-management skillsAbility to communicate professionallyAbility to lead and inspireOSHA 30 certificationJoin
