Major Responsibilities

:Lead solutions through the system's life cycle following through from inception to go live and beyond.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver creative solutions.Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.Advises decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reporting to drive impactful business decisions.Leads projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.Ensures that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; clearly and frequently communicates the statusResponsible for influencing the future of business Systems while engaging and participating in System / Product selection & evaluation.Define Scope and strategy of quality assurance to keep the business Systems current & reliableManage operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.Analyze the overall health of business systems at CF through system issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.Incumbent Attributes:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent related data / analytics experience7+ years of experience with strong SAP S4/HANA, HANA modeling, SQL skillsMust have exposure to cloud-based Enterprise HANA web IDE.Strong SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization skills.Ability to design, develop data analytics solutions by sourcing data from SAP ECC, HANA and data archival systemsResponsible for SAP HANA modeling using various Calculation Views/dimensions and SQL Scripting, utilizing the advanced features like table functions.Translating Functional Specifications into Technical SpecificationsContribute to Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting StrategyAbility to develop analytics and reports from an established set of data of varying complexity and calculationsDeep understanding of at least one analytic tool (Tableau) and familiarity with othersBusiness test planning/coordination experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skillsAbility to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goalsWhat We Offer:You'll enjoy competitive compensation, consisting of base pay plus an incentive program available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including high-quality healthcare options, a well-being incentive program, 401k, life and disability insurance, generous time off (with time off to volunteer) and much more!
