Perform all onsite work adhering to safety guidelines for PPE, lock out tag out, fall protection and confined space entryFollow instructions, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and software necessary to perform scheduled, emergency, or routine repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenanceInterpret drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problemsUse AB and Siemens PLC software to troubleshoot and repair down equipment in a timely mannerinstall and troubleshoot AC and DC motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, rectifiers, electronic controls, control panels, starters, switches, lighting equipment, electronic scales, power distribution, communication systems, inverters and motor drives, conduit and fittings, soldering and replacing partsOperate equipment including conduit bender, drill press, hydraulic press, bench grinder, pipe threading machine, man lift, forklift, overhead crane, etcOperate electronic and electrical test equipment. (Megohmmeter, voltmeter, ohmmeter, amp meter, laptop, etc.)Use Maximo software to log tasks, work assignments, and corrective actions dailyEducation & Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)Obtain passing score of 65% on electrical knowledge assessment (Required)Successfully complete practical skills assessment (Required)Heavy industrial manufacturing experience (Preferred)Post-secondary technical education (Preferred)
