We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Equipment Operator to become part of our team. This individual will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy construction equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, have a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Safely operates construction equipmentPerforms duties such as digging footers, trenching and grading as requiredAdheres to safety policies and proceduresCompletes daily job reports as neededPerforms other related duties as required by ForemanREQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in previous equipment operation is requiredMust be at least 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license and/or reliable transportationMust be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditionsMust be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlinesMust have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlookMust follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
