Job Summary
The Intermediate Analyst, Business Systems is the liaison between the business and IT and is responsible for understanding the business needs and translating them into functional requirements for the development of new or enhanced systems. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle. The role ensures that requirements are well-documented, complete, and accurately reflect the needs of the business

* Experience in creating wireframes (FIGMA), process flow or prototyping to refine requirements
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
* Experience working in software development methodologies (i. e. Agile, Waterfall)
* Experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (e. g. Azure DevOps, FIGMA, Jira, etc.)
