DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultationsEnsure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments servicesDeliver quality dental care to every patientRepair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulationsProvide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatmentConsistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment?Summary of Compensation:
Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (Including New Graduates!)Daily minimum guarantee of $750-$900 per day30-34% of production paid on everything including X-raysTwo weeks paid vacation time + Additional timeSign on bonus of up to $90,000Full Medical Benefits (Includes Family)Malpractice CoverageSponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available$2,000 Continuing education allowance per yearLicense ReimbursementLong Term Incentive PlanWhat you can expect:
