We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely.

This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or our flagship office in Atlanta.

The Role:

At MRI, our Manager, Product Management will drive P&L growth for the Risk Management portfolio via managing various vendor relationships and driving cross functional workstreams across Product Development and Go-to-Market teams. Grow risk portfolio transaction volume by bringing new capabilities that reduce risk for residential property management customers.

You Will:

Drive growth in the product portfolio and P&L through:

Cross functional leadership to drive initiatives aimed at revenue growthCommercial Negotiations of contracts with 3rd parties as neededAlign cross-functionally on product roadmap:

work with Product Development to ensure on time deliveryWork cross functionally to ensure smooth functionality launchesAdapt Go To Market Strategy as needed

Manage execution level details in order to deliver initiatives on timeAnalyze opportunities that directly increase top and bottom-line results.Build and meet annual objectives that meet company goals.Manage a team of product managers.Perform other duties as assignedYou Have: :

Comprehensive understanding of Product ManagementKnowledge of at least some of the following: Insurance, ID Verification, Criminal Background checks, Credit reporting, tenant screening.Experience with Commercial Negotiations with 3rd PartiesAdvanced leadership skills8+ years of experienceBachelor's Degree- Master's Degree PreferredWe're obsessed with making this the best job you've ever had!
