Position
As a Support Desk Technician, you will be responsible for the local desktop support in our North American headquarters. This position requires a technical background, strong customer service, and organizational skills to support the IT Global Infrastructure team in client management and IT operations.
ResponsibilitiesExpertise in managing and supporting Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems.Enforce Global IT standards for IT Infrastructure clients and workplaces.Assist in the application of patches and software deployments using SCCM.(Software Center Configuration manager)Complete end-user helpdesk issues as assigned.Partnering with vendors, IT Security, and compliance to ensure data and endpoint protection policies are configured appropriately.Qualifications
Degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science required.2 years' experience or more with Microsoft 365 technologies, Active Directory, and Windows desktops required.2years experience or more with FortiGate or Cisco switching and routing platforms preferred.Experience supporting Windows Server and/or VMWare hypervisors preferred.Benefits
