Organize the work schedule for several teamsSupervise all construction workers ensuring teamwork, safety, and disciplineBe the liaison between construction workers, supervisors, and superintendentsEnsure that a project is adequately staffed, supplied, and runAssign areas of responsibility to plumbing teams and personnelWilling to learn from allQualifications

Knowledge of IPC plumbing codeAbility to teach and train employees.Ability to prevent and resolve issues between employeesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDeep knowledge of the construction industry and processesAbility to read construction drawings and blueprintsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass drug screen and background checkAbility to lift 100 lbs.Experience (preferred)
