Description
Gateway Rehab in Center Township, PA is looking for a Driver who is responsible for completing transportation requests. This position receives frequent supervision and instruction.
Responsibilities
Completes the daily transportation requests made by staff, including banking and post office pickups and deliveries.Makes minor repairs to Gateway vehicles.Changes the oil in Gateway vehicles.Functions as a maintenance helper as workload permits.Performs some mailroom duties as needed.Attends mandatory GRC in-services and trainings.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to drive a car or van.Ability to communicate well with others.Good listening skillsRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimal maintenance skills.Additional Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving recordPass PA Criminal Background CheckObtain Child Abuse and FBI ClearancesPass Drug ScreenTB TestWork Conditions
Drug and Alcohol Rehab CenterOffice EnvironmentFavorable working conditions with the exception of inclement weather driving.Physical demands include lifting of moderate amounts of weight and sitting for extended periods.Moderate mental demands include assurance of well-maintained vehicles and adapting to schedule changes.
