We are seeking a

Construction Superintendent

with a strong career orientation, a minimum of two years in the homebuilding industry, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on budget and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple projects.Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors.Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.Travel between Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe as needed.Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the homebuilding industry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in reading and interpreting house plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficient in budget management.Desired Qualifications

Experience with construction scheduling software.Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.Compensation and Benefits
