About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare's product and business strategies. You will lead efforts to design and implement key metrics for verticals and build enterprise-level dashboards using tools like Sigma Computing and Tableau. This role requires close collaboration with the Data Team and key stakeholders to ensure that reporting needs are met efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and is an expert in data storytelling.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their data needsLead data analysis efforts to identify key metrics and trendsDevelop and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing and TableauProvide strategic, data-driven insights to support internal and external stakeholdersEnsure data visualization is clear, insightful, and accessible for stakeholdersFulfill ad hoc reporting requests and lead other projects as assignedThrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesDesign and conduct A/B testing and other experiments to inform business strategyOther duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements
4 to 5 Days OnsiteBachelor's degree in a related field4+ Years of experience in business intelligence or a related fieldAdvanced knowledge of SQLExpertise in Tableau and building complex dashboardsProficiency in Sigma ComputingAdvanced knowledge of SnowflakeDeep understanding of general data management practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBackground in FinTech a plus but not requiredAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points
Previous experience in a fintech or data-intensive industryA proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and techniquesCompensation
The salary range for this position is $90k - $130k+ (depending on experience).
