Requirements:
Family Medicine ExperienceMust see children ages 2+Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health IssuesDEA required for prescribing and dispensingStrong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention.work with the patient population to assist in chronic disease managementMUST be Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
