Description

Accurately prepare and process sale invoices, titles/certificate of origin, and motor vehicle forms to submit to the Department of Motor VehiclesVerifies funds have been received from buyers/financiers and when required, prepare requests for payoffs to the appropriate lienholders and ensuring they are processed.Process and obtain dealer titles for all resale unitsPrepare, track, and maintain inventory files for all incoming and outgoing sale units per company, federal, and state policy.Process all warranty and service contracts for sold unitsMaintain, track and renew all dealer registration plates and DOT contracts as required by the state department of motor vehiclesObtain and maintain all required trainings as required by the company, federal and state policies for this specific role.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

1-2 years' experience in customer service-related field preferred; not required - Fyda will train the right candidateAbility to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to prioritize and keep all areas of responsibilities up to datePhysical Requirements:

Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, successfully, and have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
