Job SummaryThe Plumbing Foreman will oversee and manage plumbing crews on various job sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on plumbing work and have risen to a leadership position.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead plumbing crews in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects.Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.Inspect job sites to assess progress and ensure quality control.Train and mentor junior plumbers, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.Manage material orders, tool inventories, and job site logistics to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide hands-on support when necessary.Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project timelines.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least two years in a foreman or supervisory role.Experience working with non-union contractors, such as TD Industries or Comfort Systems, is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety practices.Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Local candidates with a stable work history are strongly preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.A valid plumbing license or certification is a plus.Benefits
