Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a seasoned SharePoint Configuration/Data Management Lead to spearhead efforts in the transformation of our federal government customers Human Resource (HR) Intranet content and establishing and maintaining an HR centralized document repository. This position requires a proactive leader with deep expertise in SharePoint configuration, data management and intranet development.
Provide SharePoint Configuration Management/Data Management /Report Management (CM/DM/RM) consultation, advice, guidance, and training to leadership and staff.
Update, improve and align HR intranet sites across the organization Lead the update and enhancement of the HR intranet site to improve user experience, functionality and engagement. Ensure the site provides accurate, relevant, and accessible information to all employees Design, develop, and coordinate SharePoint site content and capabilities, including creating and using lists, libraries, flows, and PowerApps. Create document design changes and enhancements Work collaboratively with the Intranet POCs and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Coordinate closely with the Office of the Chief Information Officer to ensure effective, and proper implementation of SharePoint and Microsoft suite of tools. Create an internet content governance approach
Develop and implement a comprehensive content governance strategy to ensure consistent and high-quality content across the intranet Establish clear content standards, style guides, policies, and procedures to guide content creation, review and publishing Train and support content contributors to adhere to governance policies and maintain content integrity Create a centralized document repository for HR files
Design and create a centralized document repository that integrates seamlessly with existing systems and workflows Collaborate with departments to identify and categorize essential documents for streamlined access and retrieval Implement access controls and permissions based on user roles and document sensitivity levels Establish a document management process and framework
Establish a robust document management process that encompasses document creation, review and approval, distribution, storage, revision, version control, and retention Develop workflows and automation to improve document handling, reduce manual processes, and enhance productivity Provide training and support to users on document management best practices and tools Additional Responsibilities
Maintain CM/DM Plan, SharePoint new feature rollout plans and schedules, SharePoint training and work instructions. Track changes in processes, records, and reporting requirements Qualifications
Expertise in Microsoft 365: SharePoint pages, lists, libraries and permissions, Teams, Power Automate, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Expertise in data governance Expertise in file structures and design, information retrieval techniques, file access methods, and database controls and standards Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field, with 6 years of relevant experience
