We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor for a leading manufacturing organization in the Lexington, KY area. The Construction Supervisor will lead equipment installations, relocations, and demolition projects. This role involves organizing, planning, and prioritizing construction work with multiple contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of industrial construction experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong skills in problem-solving, time management, and technical communication are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts is necessary, as most work is conducted during non-production times. Candidates can anticipate 10% travel.

Collaborate with equipment project leaders to determine construction requirements
Organize, plan, and prioritize work with contractors to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and budget
Create project estimates, scopes, bid packages, and schedules
Review Job Safety Analyses to ensure contractor compliance with construction safety requirements
Inspect installations for adherence to the machine standards
Evaluate construction contractor performance on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and environmental standards
