What we are looking for:
The Custom Solutions QA Analyst is responsible for creating and executing the test plans, test procedures, and test cases used to certify custom solutions built with our Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) infrastructure.
Test areas include feature/function, load, performance, and regression. The Custom Solutions QA Analyst works closely with Custom Development and Project Management staff as a part of our Managed Solutions group and is involved in every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Responsibilities:Test Plan and Test Case writing for new Products and ProjectsWrite up bugs via JIRA Bug Tracking ToolParticipate in Bug Triage and Product OverviewsLearn and Write Test cases in Automation ToolExecute tests via Automation Tool during Regression CyclePerform Functional and Regression testing during SprintsSuggest Improvements to QA Process and ProceduresLearn and implement new ideas in AI for QA DepartmentRequired Qualifications:
Experience creating and executing detailed test plans, test procedures, and test casesExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and customers regardless of their background, experience, and ability to comprehend complex technical contentProficient in oral and written Spanish communication, including the ability to read a Spanish script and or listen to Spanish audio and detect incorrect grammar, punctuation and meaning and respond in SpanishHighly motivated with a strong sense of personal accountabilityExperience writing SQL queries and NoSQL searchesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical, organizational and conceptual skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to provide thoughtful and insightful feedback from user experience, even if product/project meets the written requirement; ability to see and judge the product/project from the user perspectiveAbility to successfully work independently and as a member of a teamExcellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment with many simultaneous projects in flightExperience with API tools such as PostMan, SoapUI, etc.Experience with Automation tools such as Leap Works, Node Red, etc.Experience with Load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.Experience with Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing, Conversational Speech and Generative AI a plus.Experience working with a scripting language such as Python, PHP, etc.Education and Experience:
