Description: A Service Foreman is responsible to conduct the field operations of the maintenance and repair division in a field leadership role while using the latest up to date electronic technology to communicate with customers as well as our office.

18 years of age or olderAbility to pass pre-hire physical and pre-hire drug screenValid Driver's License with no restrictionMust be comfortable working more than 6 ft off of the groundCary out duties in varying outdoor climate conditions for extended periods of timeReach, lift and maneuver supplies and ladders up to 50 lbsStand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequentlyGood manual dexterity and eye-hand coordinationBasic computer skills and ability to learn new softwareMinimum experience as a journeyman roofer for a period of 2 yearsUnderstand all major roofing manufacturer's warranty detailsOSHA 10 hour course/Manlift/Forklift/First Aid certifications (if not, Upson will certify/recertify)SkillsBe professional, respectful ,
