Digital Sales Coordinator

CBS/Telemundo Austin is seeking a motivated professional to join our Digital Sales Team as a Digital Sales Coordinator.
This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.DUTIES:This position will be responsible for the ordering, implementation and fulfillment of online advertising campaignsWill work with a diverse team of Marketing Consultants to coordinate campaigns with internal and external partnersResponsible for increasing sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative and credit issues, providing campaign reporting and assisting in other sales processes as necessaryOther duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years experience in an inside or outside sales assistant/coordinator environment preferredDigital media sales experience strongly preferredAbility to multi-task, manage operational processes and experience with web-based operation systems is necessaryMust demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skillsPrevious experience in Google DFP and online CMS systems is a plusCandidate needs to be a self-starter, have a positive attitude in difficult situations and be personally motivated
