Micron is searching for our next Hardware Cyber Security Incident Response Engineer - TPG!

You will build groundbreaking high-performance controller firmware for volatile and non-volatile memory systems! You will assist in the evaluation, creation, build, bench testing, debugging, and failure analyzes of firmware for new high-performance memory controllers and Solid State Drives (SSD) that will improve performance, while reducing power, latency and SoC (System on Chip) complexity for the target sectors. You can expect to partner multi-disciplinary Engineers seek multi-functional product development issues. You will triage failures, file bug reports, and help the development teams with isolating issues.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in information assurance/information securityExperience with analyzing vulnerabilities, including severity ratings (CVSS and Common Criteria)Practical and theoretical cryptography experienceAbility to work with multiple teams across a large organizationUnderstanding of Secure Development LifecyclesExperience with Security standards: NIST, ISO, FIPSExperience threat modelingExperience reviewing design and architecture of the security functionality of productsDesirable:

Software development experienceEmbedded system experienceHardware design experienceUnderstanding of Agile and CI/CD software developmentExperience with Hardware developmentSupply Chain security experience
