Be an essential part of our core purposeto improve the health of the people and communities we serve.Visit https://dayinthelife.unitypoint.org/ to hear more from our team members about why UnityPoint Health is a great place to work.Responsibilities:Coordinates clinical activities of the Wound Care Center including utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards.Provides case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skill, treatments and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management, and acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care.Prepare patient and assist provider with examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures.
Qualifications:License(s)/Certification(s):Registered Nurse with current IL and IA license is required.Must possess and maintain current CPR certification.#RNpositionsQC
