VHS is looking for a CRNA in Sierra Vista, AZ!Credentialing Timeline 90 DaysCompetitive hourly rates!1 week on / 1 week off5 CRNA’s & 3 MD’s4545 Cases per year607 DeliveriesCases include ENT, General, GYN/OB, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry and Urology (No Cardiac or Neuro)Schedule: CRNA’s work 8 hour shifts (7a- 3p). Physicians work 10 hr shifts (7a-5p)CRNA’s cover 24-hr OB call beeper. Physicians cover 24-hr OR call beeper
