REQ20152304The Office of Graduate Admissions is responsible for recruitment, admissions, and all related functions for Masters and MBA programs. The USC Marshall programs are committed to transformative learning, a culture of inclusion, collegiality, cooperation, and teamwork. The Office is responsible for admitting high-caliber students in alignment with quantitative and qualitative success metrics established for the admissions cycle.Responsibilities and Duties:Application & Enrollment Management

Organize and prepare MS and MBA applications for review.Utilize data to guide admission decisions and meet enrollment targets.Coordinate efforts with other externally facing functions throughout Marshall to leverage contacts in order to identify high-quality prospective students and recruiting opportunities.Prepare applicant and admissions reports as needed.Represent the Marshall School of Business at recruiting events.Assist in preparing review of applicant files and recommend admission decisions.Coordinate and participate in initiatives designed to ensure competitive levels of diversity in the incoming class.Assist in coordination of admission events and programs for admitted students.

Communications/Relationship Management

Develop and deliver presentations for live and virtual information sessions.Work closely with the academic program office to ensure proper onboarding of new students.Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, alumni, students, and staff to optimize communications and create opportunities for Admissions.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a higher education environment, preferably in admissions/recruiting.Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Experience using Customer Relationship Management platforms.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, service-oriented operation.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Ability to travel (within the U.S. and internationally) for recruiting events.Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as necessary.Anticipated Hiring Range:The annual base salary range for this position is $63,124.12 - $73,022.52 - $81,746.55.
