Join our team of energetic professionals who believe in many happy hours and are experts in our craft.The Finance Division Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates dedicated to providing comprehensive financial support to their designated state(s). This position involves overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure profitability and overall performance. The Manager collaborates with local Sales and Operations leadership to manage financial activities, such as creating the Annual Operating Plan, conducting Business Forecasting, evaluating Risks and Opportunities, and producing detailed P&L reports. By taking on this role, the Manager will significantly contribute to achieving financial targets, implementing effective financial strategies, overseeing governance and transformation objectives, and ensuring compliance within the designated state(s).In this role, you will

Provide financial leadership to achieve market P&L targets and foster business growthSet and manage both annual and ongoing budgetsCoordinate long-range planning, annual plans, and financial forecast processesConduct metrics-driven financial analyses and develop strategies for growthAssess business risks, recommend solutions, and take corrective actions as neededUtilize financial models to optimize resource allocation and capital returnsPrepare financial reports for assigned state(s)Collaborate with various finance departments to analyze variances, provide insights to stakeholders, and maximize profitabilityWhat you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred8+ years of related experience in FP&A or Corporate FinanceExperience with a range of software applications, including modern accounting software, compliance software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, financial analysis software (including Excel), and analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau.Travel 15% of the timeWhat's in it for you

Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $104,700.00 up to $149,600.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable.
