New Hope Fertility Center is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. We are one of the largest IVF centers in New York and conveniently located in beautiful Columbus Circle.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Developing and creating engaging and informative content related to fertility treatments, reproductive health, and family planning. This could include blog posts, articles, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Management: Managing and monitoring the fertility center's social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This involves posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Community Engagement: Building and nurturing an online community by engaging with followers, patients, and potential patients. Responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering support and guidance to individuals seeking fertility treatments.
Patient Testimonials: Collecting and sharing patient testimonials and success stories, with appropriate consent and privacy considerations.
Advertising and Promotion: Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to reach a targeted audience. This may involve setting campaign objectives, defining target demographics, creating ad content, and monitoring campaign performance.
Collaboration with Medical Team: Collaborating closely with the fertility center's medical team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared on social media platforms. This involves seeking their expertise, reviewing content for medical accuracy, and addressing patient concerns or questions appropriately.
Tracking Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies. This includes measuring engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators to optimize future efforts.
Skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of analytics platforms and SEO
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
