Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for multiple clients including, estate, trust, gift, and individuals as well as fiduciary accountings.Demonstrating passion for this unique tax area.Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities.Researching estate, gift and trust related issues.Developing a relationship with and maintaining contact with clients.Proactively communicating with and managing other staff assigned to the projects.Working on complex accounting and/ or tax issues.Mentoring and training staff.Serving as a resource for CST partners on estate, trust and gift matters for their clients.Being mentored in performing estate tax/family planning and learning from experienced team members.Qualifications

MS in Taxation, MPA or BS in AccountingMust have CPA license and 5-7 years of public accounting experienceExcellent client service skills, strong oral, written and presentation skills and leadership abilityMust be local to Reston, VA to facilitate a hybrid schedule.
