We are a rapidly growing publicly-traded global semiconductor company that is looking for a Sr Sales Manager - Semiconductor Strategic Accounts responsible for managing identified key accounts in the Pacific Northwest territory and execute strategic business plans. You will use your technical knowledge of circuits and be able to discuss design issues and present the technical benefits of our products to further solve customer challenges.

Responsibilities:
Manage identified accounts and drive sales objectives.Aggressively drive new business by identifying opportunities and utilizing value-based selling.Work closely with a wide range of company resources, utilizing any member of the company for a particular sales situationDevelop business cases for new products and participate in product and company strategy developmentPresent to purchasing staff, engineers, and management at accounts of interest in a professional setting as the front line representative of the company.Manage identified key accounts in the territory and drive sales objectives.Coordinate with Reps in the territory for success at named accounts using channel partners as needed.Provide customer support as needed responding to customer technical and commercial questions.Provide market feedback to the company on the competitive environment and new product ideas and features.Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and channel information regarding sales opportunities, design ins, design wins and production status.Prepare accurate forecasts of business for use in capacity planning, longer range resource planning and sales prioritization.Include company resources, engineers and management, in account calls as required.Execute timely preparation of all expense reports and assigned projectsDrive other projects as needed by management or as business needs changeQualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of semiconductor sales experienceBachelor's degree or higher in (Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent)Experience working with or strong understanding of circuitsPrior experience in customer-facing role (Sales, Marketing or FAE) or desire to be in sales.Experienced in one or more of the target segments: Enterprise & Comm, Automotive, IoT/Mobile/Consumer and Aerospace & DefenseUnderstanding of semiconductor engineering terms that are relevant to the company's productDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate a Positive, Collaborative, and Enthusiastic attitudeBonus:
MBA DegreeInquisitive and a deep desire to learn new technologiesSelf-starter that can work independently without proximity supervision
