Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all stages of the litigation process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation ParalegalStrong knowledge of legal procedures and court rulesProficiency in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsExperience managing document production and e-discoveryExcellent research skills and ability to analyze and summarize case-related informationEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in legal research tools and case management softwareStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of personal injury lawSpanish speaking is a PLUSCompensation:
