Reputable General Contracting company with over 100 years in the industry is seeking to add an Estimator to the team. Looking for an Estimator with 2 years of experience in
commercial construction.
This position is available due to a recent promotion within the team, and the ideal candidate will be ready to contribute to exciting projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for various construction projectsCollaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are metAnalyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentsMaintain and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliersStay up to date with industry trends and pricingQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial constructionStrong background in general contractingProficiency in Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and Procore (training available if needed)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeWhat the Company Offers:Competitive salary range100% healthcare coverage3-4 weeks of PTO6% 401k matchProfit sharing (5-10% based on performance)Relocation assistance available, depending on candidate qualificationsWhy Join:
