As an

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant,

you must have at least 10+ years of experience. 10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.Responsibilities:- Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud- Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.- Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice- Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams- Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure- Provides status details to Project managerEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience:
