We need a determined solution-finder who is able to find win-win’s and is not deterred in the face of challenges.The compensation for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually.What You'll DoMaintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accountsBe fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship detailsMaximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunitiesCreate win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectivesTurn difficult conversations into account winsManage a regular status call cadence with each accountHas, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the insurance businessUse and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition productsKeep a pulse on the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscapeWhat We're Looking ForUndergraduate degreeBackground managing accounts in a performance marketing environmentAt least 2 year’s experience in account managementExcellent communication skillsConsistent and detail-orientedStrong analytical skillsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
