This position requires highly effective written & verbal communication skills, the ability to create results in conjunction with the IT Manager, the ability to quickly absorb, and apply business insights to business projects. This position will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating GST business systems and needs. This person will rely on their own experience and judgment to plan, and accomplish assigned goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required as well as the ability to work independently. The Business Analyst II will assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed as per agreement with the IT Manager. Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and relational databases with the ability to construct complex queries to validate proper function. The Business Analyst II will consult with the IT Manager, PMO team, and the QA team on the newest technology and its implications in the industry.As a IT Business Analyst II you will:Performs the collection of information from key stakeholders impacted by a business project or IT Initiative.Must have experience in identifying and managing requirements in an Agile environment.Writes detailed description of user stories and associated acceptance criteria for new functions.Works with the QA team to create the test plan & test cases.Supports GST application development teams and processes on application development projects.Facilitates User Acceptance Testing along with the Project Manager & Quality Assurance lead.Collaborate with QA & IT Lead(s) to design and execute testing procedures to ensure a quality deliverable.Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.What We Need From You
Bachelor's Degree Req and4-6 years Implementing and supporting enterprise business applications. RequiredExperience with SQL or other relational database technologies. RequiredExperience with XML, JSON, Schema. RequiredFamiliarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.Familiarity with enterprise application integration and SOA Principles.Capable of leading enhancement design sessions for small cross-functional teams.Effectively communicates complex ideas in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.Excellent ability to multi-task assigned duties or projects.Highly organized; able to organize and assimilate large quantities of complex information.Excellent interpersonal skillsDedication to quality and ability to follow guidance and standards.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly.Familiarity with Agile principles.CSM PreferredCSPO PreferredPhysical and Environmental RequirementsOffice: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.
