NVIDIA’s Corporate Development team works directly with NVIDIA’s senior executives to define, analyze, and shape NVIDIA’s overall growth strategy, M&A opportunities, strategic investments, integration and ensure the strategic, financial and operational targets of each transaction are fully realized. We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to partner with management to develop growth strategies, including market development, identification of acquisition and investment opportunities, and execution of such transactions.

What you’ll be doing:

Work with NVIDIA leadership to define and advance critical initiatives while monitoring key market trends and engaging with ecosystem partners. Identify and evaluate acquisitions, investments and strategic projects & partnerships.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation, along with thorough due diligence, to effectively support business cases.

Facilitate transaction execution, and manage post-transaction integration and investment portfolio companies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit colleagues to prepare and deliver presentations to business unit leaders and senior management.

What we need to see:

5+ years of experience in top tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development role with focus on technology sector.

Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).

Excellent financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/merger/acquisition analysis and related issues.

Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.

Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company.

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Strong passion for accelerated computing and artificial intelligence with knowledge about NVIDIA’s mission, products, and critical initiatives.

Ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment and clearly communicate/present to executive management.

Ability to assimilate and work with multiple business units within the company.

Deep understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best-practices.

An ambitious individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

The base salary range is 120,000 USD - 230,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
