Major Goals and Responsibilities: As a Deployment AVDS Analyst, you will work on-site in our customer's locations focused on creating and maintaining positive relationships. The Deployment AVDS Analyst's work directly with customers on-site and remote to deliver and deploy technology equipment and provide onsite support for end users, as necessary. Candidates should know Windows-based technology, understand Windows server environments and networking and security, and have the ability to deploy and configure Audio Visual, Collaboration, and Security devices. This includes the ability to intuitively troubleshoot a wide array of end user hardware and software within a Windows environment as well as mobile applications, IP phone management and basic networking, windows server issues, and manage network infrastructure needs such as cable drops, etc. Requirements Essential Activities and Responsibilities: This position will include but is not limited to the following duties. Provide excellent technical support to our clients. Maintain client satisfaction through professional & courteous service and clear and timely communication. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues. Delivery and installation of desktop/laptop devices, access points and other equipment. Delivery and installation of Audio Visual, Voice, Data, and Security devices (i.e. TV's, soundbars, Access Points, Security Cameras, Door Access Control, etc.) Ability to run cabling drops if required. Maintain your knowledge and expertise by learning new and evolving technologies and by achieving appropriate industry and professional certifications. Contribute to our passion and direction by helping to improve technical practices. Timely logging of all calls and activity in the company PSA system. Prerequisites (i.e education, experience): Required: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working for a successful IT service company, corporate helpdesk, or similar environment. MSP experience is highly desired. A "Customer 1st" philosophy and mindset The ability to be punctual. Someone who believes that early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable. Must have grasp of computer networks and how they operate (LAN, WAN, WIFI, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). Must be willing to set up and configuring Audio Visual, collaboration, and security devices and handle potential cabling needs. The ability to cheerfully take ownership of any problem The ability to design and execute a plan The desire to have a professional and polished image The discipline to create and maintain strong documentation Ability to provide oral or written communication of complex topics in simple terms and keep customers informed of current requests Ability to follow through to completion on commitments and responsibilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Understanding of TCP/IP and Windows networks Windows Active Directory end-user management Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems Experience with Microsoft 365 Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating on-call schedule Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for an employer without restriction. Preferred: Previous MSP experience or field technical experience. Possess one or more of the following certifications: CompTIA A, CompTIA Network, CompTIA Security Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Understanding of firewall configuration Experience with Office365 Teams, SharePoint, and VoIP solutions Experience with Cisco Meraki, Datto BCDR, Autotask, Continuum RMM, or Webroot AV Experience with any of the following industry technologies is a plus: PSA, RMM, BCDR, MDR, and MSSP Physical Requirements: Be able to sit, stand, and stoop Be able to lift 40 lbs. Compensation: Compensation is dependent upon experience. Base salary with bonus plan based on individual and company performance Vehicle & cell phone allowance
