Our mission is to deliver the highest quality professional services while prioritizing our employees' well-being and fostering an exceptional workplace environment.What You Will DoAs an IT Service Technician for Prime Controls, you will support the day-to-day business functions of Prime Controls employees as it pertains to using hardware, software, and systems.A Typical Day at Prime ControlsPrepares laptops and cell phones to be issued to Prime Controls employees according to Prime IT standards and processes.Responds to, triages, and or resolves requests and incidents within our IT ticketing system.Provides training and orientation services to new and existing employees on Prime IT resources including hardware and applications.Maintains an orderly work area and assists in maintaining organized common/storage areas.Receives and processes incoming shipments addressed to IT.Provides outstanding customer service to colleagues in order to help maximize productivity.Arrives at work on time with a high level of personal hygiene dressed in business-casual attire.Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to provide IT request monitoring and response during limited hours outside of the regular business schedule.Limited travel (less than 10%) to provide direct support to branch offices and job sites.
