Location: Ann Arbor, MichiganWe are seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Strategy to play a key role in the development and execution of sub-segment strategy, operations, execution, and growth within our Global Large Law Firm segment. The Director will identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities and will work globally to build consensus, coordinate stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to execute global GTM strategies. Additionally, you will lead organic and inorganic growth initiatives, as well as internal communications efforts to report to C-Level stakeholders.About the Role:In this opportunity as a Director of GTM Strategy & Planning, you will:Support Subsegment Leadership & OperationsWith GM, create and deliver annual plan, quarterly business reviews, and other key presentationsDrive the creation and measurement of sub-segment OKRsFacilitate sub-segment monthly & quarterly leadership meetingsManage channel communications & strategic initiatives including: manager summit; leadership meetings; social responsibility; digitization of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analyticsProvide Annual Sales Meeting planning and execution, quarterly updatesLiaise with commercial, product, and other key partners to assess, implement, and track key initiativesLiaise with segment/subsegments to drive consistency and best practicesLead enterprise new GTM initiatives including NGCS (Next Generation Customer Success)Customer Focus:Understand NPS and eNPS and drive improvement, collaborating across the TR enterpriseSupport customer advisory boardsCollaborate with Thomson Reuters Institute (LEI) on subsegment-specific thought leadership and eventsMicro-segmentation, market sizing, pricing, and other commercials strategy and resource allocationBusiness Development pipeline development, acquisition analysis, fit with sub-segment strategy, due diligence, post-acquisition integrationSub-segment business case development, including sign-ups and prioritizationGo-to-Market Optimization:Ensure continuous optimization of pre and post-sale processes to grow revenue efficientlySubsegment performance measurement and operational effectivenessGTM tools adoption and optimization (i.e., SFDC and Gainsight)About You:You may be a fit for the Director, GTM Strategy & Planning role if your background includes:Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 8 years of professional experience required3+ years in a role requiring an analytical skillset and experience deriving insights from data2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experienceExperience presenting to executive audiencesExperience working in a cross-functional team with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at an appropriate level (including senior-level relationships)Adept in working with large and complex data sets and combining data from disparate sourcesAbility to lead, coordinate, and engage peers and advance both strategic and operational progressAction-oriented and self-motivated, able to prioritize and meet time-sensitive commitmentsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with strong EQHighly organized and detail-orientedGTM experience and customer-centricTalent magnet, development, planning, and mentoring/coachingWhat's in it For You?You will join our inclusive culture of world-class talent, where we are committed to your personal and professional growth through:Hybrid Work Model: We've adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience.
