PGY-2 Corporate Pharmacy Leadership Residency

The HealthTrust/University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy PGY-2 CorporatePharmacy Leadership Residency Program is designed to prepare the resident to functionin a pharmacy leadership environment within a healthcare organization. The resident willinteract with corporate leaders from several health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Focusing on optimizing patient care, the resident will acquire the leadership skills to strategically set business goals and priorities for executing tasks at the corporate level.The resident will have experiences in drug sourcing and contracting, clinical and operational strategies, analytics, new member integration, leadership development, budgeting and financial training, account management, drug information, and options for two electives.Minimum Requirements:
