If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleDirector Management ConsultingWhat does a successful Director Management Consulting do at Fiserv?As the Director of Management Consulting at Fiserv, you will be part of Fiserv’s in-house management consulting group and partners with Fiserv teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness through productivity and quality improvements. Internal Consulting operates under the direction of the senior firm leadership and supports all business units. Directors are part of the core Fiserv Internal Consulting group and responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously to help business teams improve efficiency and operational excellence. Directors act both as project leaders and as support members of larger project teams. The work includes close collaboration with a variety of functions and business teams across Fiserv, project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation, and generation of project results. Directors must be comfortable being uncomfortable, as the environment is fast-paced and the project set frequently evolves based on business need and senior leadership priorities.What you will do:Initiate and drive process improvementManage firm-wide productivity improvement programsAnalyze structured and unstructured dataConduct time and motion studies to observe and document the processes being executedIdentify and quantify opportunities to enhance processes and toolsSynthesize facts, findings, and recommendations into high-impact executive reports for presentation to Senior ManagementWhat you will need to have:7+ years of work experience (management consultant experience preferred)3+ years of project management experienceExcellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsStrong experience in logic-based problem solving, root cause analysis, and solution implementationMastery of analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)Excellent communication skills – oral and writtenAbility to travel to key US regional sites: 10 - 20% of timeWhat would be great to have:MBAThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology with more than 40,000 associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
