UMass Memorial HealthHahnemann Family Health CenterThe Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and UMass Memorial Health is seeking a full-time integrated primary care psychologist to join the faculty at Hahnemann Family Health Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Hahnemann Family Health Center is an urban primary care practice and a UMass Family Medicine residency teaching site.UMass Memorial Health is nationally recognized for its clinical and teaching programs devoted to the integration of behavioral health and primary care. Our Behavioral Health Faculty have both direct patient care and teaching responsibilities. Clinical care is provided to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults and families. There is collaboration with residents and other members of a multidisciplinary team in the care of shared patients in a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. Direct teaching includes supervision of Post-doctoral trainees, practicum students and other learners.Qualified candidates must have:A Doctorate in psychology (PhD or PsyD)1-5 years experience in primary care psychology and/or medical educationLicense or license-eligibility by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of PsychologistsThis position will include a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.
