We have a great opportunity for a Freelance Vice President, Physical Production. In this exciting position, the Freelance Vice President, Physical Production will oversee all aspects of physical production on current series and new development.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide insight and guidance to efficiently resolve creative, production, and post-production hurdlesSuccessfully balance the creative needs of the shows with the financial resources available to produce themCollaborate with other departments, including Business Affairs, Legal, and Creative, to strategize, develop systems, problem solve, and ensure company resources are maximized across all showsInform and involve key departments (both internally and externally) on projects throughout all stages of the pipeline to maximize their valueWork closely with show producers, line producers, and key department heads to ensure that shows are produced at the highest quality within the constraints of the budget and scheduleWHAT YOU WILL NEED10+ years of experience in production, including a demonstrated knowledge of production from bottom to top: field production, writing, postproduction, story structure and staff managementPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $150,000.00-160,000.00 annually.
