About the Role:

As a Consultant or Senior Consultantin our Customer Transformation practice, you will be critical in leading and executing transformative initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with senior executives to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational change, improve performance, and achieve business objectives within the front-office of large companies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution coupled with experience guiding Sales, Service, eCommerce and/or Marketing functions.

At theWild, transformation delivery and strategy are executed in an integrated fashion. You'll work with our clients upfront to plan, socialize, and execute the front-office transformations. This integrated approach ensures our clients receive critical continuity from phase to phase, while also ensuring our strategists understand how to implement it in real life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage customer transformation projects from inception to completion, managing client outcomes, project budgets and stakeholder relationships.Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, define project scope, and develop tailored transformation strategies.Understand and guide clients in their selection and implementation of key Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Service technologies - including data and analytics platforms that support themConduct thorough analyses of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and drive consensus.Develop and present compelling business cases, project plans, and progress reports to senior client executives.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance client solutions.Support the growth and decision-making of the firm, balancing company needs with client delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on transformation, customer experience and change management.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and provide strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
